Client concerns about account safety and platform compliance were a recurring theme. LinkedIn's terms of service and rate limits required careful navigation — pushing too aggressively risked account restrictions, so we had to balance volume with safety.
The market became saturated quickly. A prominent YouTuber replicated the concept publicly, leading to thousands of knockoffs appearing almost overnight. This forced us to differentiate on quality and pivot our approach.
Ultimately, we pivoted from direct outreach automation to focusing on the prospecting and enrichment layer — where the real, defensible value lives.
